MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) is looking for a Director, Managing Director, or Senior Managing Director to join their dispute resolution practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role requires over 10 years of experience in forensic accounting and claims consulting.

The selected candidate will oversee complex engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth, with a competitive base salary range of $157,000 to $265,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of expertise in forensic accounting, economic damages, and claims consulting.
• Previous testimony experience is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex engagements and mentor staff.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and manage expectations.
• Direct the drafting of expert reports and provide testimony.
• Identify new opportunities and maintain a pipeline of billable work.
