Job summary

MBP LTD is seeking a Director/Managing Director/Senior Managing Director for Forensic Accounting & Damages to oversee complex engagements and mentor staff across the firm’s dispute resolution practice.

You will lead client relationships with counsel and key stakeholders, direct expert reporting and potentially testimony, and drive origination to grow the firm’s pipeline. Base salary ranges from $157,000 to $265,000, with location-based variation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• MBA or MAcc is highly preferred; CPA or CFE is advantageous.
• Testimony experience is strongly preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex engagements and deliverables for disputes, accounting, and damages.
• Mentor and supervise junior/mid-level consultants and manage resource allocation.
• Lead client relationship management with legal counsel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Drive business development, identify opportunities, and maintain a billable pipeline.
