Job summary

MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) is seeking a motivated professional to join its dispute resolution practice. This role targets individuals with 2 to 10 years of forensic accounting, audit, or claims consulting experience, with seniority ranging from Senior Consultant to Associate Director.

You will lead analyses, supervise junior staff, manage project timelines, and ensure technical accuracy of work product, while engaging clients and supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related analytical field required.
• Master’s degree (MBA or MAcc) and CPA or CFE preferred.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Deltek or QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy financial analyses and model building for expert reports.
• Supervise junior consultants, manage workflows, and ensure quality control.
• Engage clients and legal counsel, provide status updates and strategy input.
• Assist with drafting expert reports, memos, and visual exhibits for arbitration or trial.
• Support business development through proposals and industry presentations.
