The Role

We are seeking a full-time Dispositions Agent to join our growing team and market investment properties to buyers throughout the Chicagoland area.

You will work directly with investors, landlords, and cash buyers to market properties, manage buyer relationships, coordinate showings, negotiate offers, and help facilitate transactions through closing.

This is a performance-driven 1099 sales role with uncapped earning potential, designed for motivated professionals who enjoy sales, relationship building, and working in a fast-paced investment environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the disposition of 5–15 active investment properties at any given time
• Market investment opportunities to cash buyers, investors, and landlords

• Illinois Real Estate License required prior to starting the role. Candidates who are not currently licensed but are willing to obtain an Illinois license are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• Expected Earnings: $75,000–$250,000+ annually based on production
• Uncapped earning potential
• Commission paid on closed transactions
