Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1280 - $1600 USD/month + Possible bonus commissions

Schedule: US Business Hours (EST, CST, MST, PST), depending on the client

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of work experience as a Disposition Specialist in a US-based Real Estate Investing Company.

Responsibilities:

• Finding qualified cash buyers and identifying their buying needs.
• Contacting investors/buyers.
• Email blast marketing to potential buyers/investors.
• Negotiating with buyers/investors.

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop/Desktop (Processor at least i3, OS at least Windows 10).
• Wired internet connection (download and upload speeds above 10 Mbps).
• Backup computer (any accessible computer in case of issues with the main computer).
• Backup internet connection (alternative connection in case of issues with the main internet provider).
