Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking a Disposal Well Operator to ensure safe and efficient operation of the disposal well system. You will maintain quality control and ensure compliance with environmental and worker safety laws governing underground injection well regulations.

Responsibilities include recording daily metrics, monitoring pumps and trucks, and handling disposal-related documentation. This role requires teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to safety protocols in all weather

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12 hour shifts.
• Working knowledge of disposal business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the disposal area, keeping it neat and safe.
• Record oil, water, and pressure readings daily.
• Monitor water pumps and disposal trucks.
• Unload lines and operate valves safely.
• Generate and file third-party tickets and paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with county, state, and federal regulations.
• Communicate status and issues to the next shift.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
