Select Water Solutions is seeking a Disposal Pipeline Operator to ensure safe and efficient operation of the disposal pipeline system. You will maintain quality control, comply with environmental and safety regulations, and support daily field activities with drivers and attendants.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts.
• Ability to lubricate equipment.
• Ability to climb staircase and work on catwalk.

Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance, upkeep and appearance of disposal area.
• Gauge and records necessary information pertaining to retrieval of oil, water and pressure daily.
• Monitor water pumps and trucks when disposing salt water.
• Retrieve oil from working pit/tanks.
• Unload lines, discharge and relieve valves or other equipment related to disposal of fluids.
• Generate and document third-party tickets and other forms of documentation in support of disposal.
• Meet compliance requirements with county, state, and federal regulatory rules and regulations.
• Ensure tickets are completed with accuracy and signed by drivers.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Improve utilization efficiently, driver compliance.
• Report unsafe conditions and practices.
