Job summary

Select Water Solutions, Inc. seeks a Well Chemical Operator to run water treatment and chemical injection during frac jobs. You’ll operate chemical units, manage inventory, and ensure compatibility of recycled water with stimulation chemicals while following safety procedures.

The role requires on-site work, 21+ years old, Class A CDL with Hazmat preferred, and on-call coverage 7 days a week. Strong teamwork and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Possession of Class A CDL with Hazmat preferred.
• 7 days per week with 24-hour on-call coverage on weekends/holidays.
• Energy service experience is helpful.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently with high quality output.
• Knowledge of highway safety risks in oilfield and DOT rules.
• Valid CDL required; DOT and Medical card knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Reports to district office and travels to well sites with crew.
• Operates Chlorine Dioxide units and chemical injection units.
• Loads/unloads vehicles to maintain service schedule.
• Rigging up equipment and safe operation of equipment on site.
• Maintain safety and environmental measures at all times.
