Select Water Solutions seeks a Disposal Operator to safely operate the disposal well system and ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local rules. You will perform daily checks, coordinate with drivers, maintain records, and support continuous improvement while upholding the company’s safety and teamwork values.

This full‑time role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work 12‑hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 12 hour shifts required.
• Working knowledge of disposal business.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to download and use inspection applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain disposal area, upkeep and appearance.
• Gauge and record information on oil, water and pressure daily.
• Monitor water pumps and disposal trucks.
• Retrieve oil from pits and manage disposal lines.
• Complete third‑party tickets and related forms.
• Ensure compliance with county, state and federal rules.
• Communicate status and issues between shifts.
• Follow company policies and promote safety.
