The role involves daily monitoring of pumps and disposal processes, recording data, and coordinating with drivers and shippers to maintain smooth operations.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with promotions, 401(k) match, and paid training. Strong attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance, upkeep and appearance of disposal area.
• Gauge and record information related to retrieval of oil, water and pressure daily.
• Monitor water pumps and trucks when disposing salt water.
• Retrieve oil from working pit/tanks.
• Unload lines, discharge and relieve valves or other equipment related to disposal of fluids.
• Generate and document tickets and forms in support of disposal.
• Meet compliance with county, state, and federal rules.
• Ensure tickets are complete and signed by drivers.
• Ensure smooth shift transition and communicate status/issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
