Job summary

Lowe's in the United States seeks a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing and displays across the store, and to build eye-catching product presentations for customers.

You'll spend most time on merchandising tasks, with occasional customer assistance, contributing to safer, more accessible product placement and helping drive add-on sales through well-organized displays and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage and maintain digital information.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and labels are present.
• Assist in driving add-on sales via displays and proper placement.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
