Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe's stores. You will create attractive product displays, keep merchandise easy to locate, and assist customers when opportunities arise.

Most tasks are back-end focused, with occasional customer interactions. The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to follow Lowe's specifications, and collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs; provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and prep/ship as needed.
• Update/signage and product location signage; maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales; proper display placement.
• Repair/replace damaged signage and displays as needed.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
