Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe's stores. You will create visually appealing product displays, ensure items are easy to locate, and support in-store merchandising initiatives with attention to safety and customer access.

The role involves limited customer interaction, opportunities to engage with customers when suitable, and collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects to Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage across store.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and updated.
• Staging clearance items to drive add-on sales across displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items and signage.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
