Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate helps connect Merchandising and Store Operations to create a great shopping experience at Lowe's stores. You will build eye-catching displays, ensure signage and pricing are accurate, and keep product locations easy to navigate for customers.

You’ll spend most time on display and merchandising tasks, with occasional customer interactions, listening to questions, sharing product information, and helping locate merchandise across the store.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs for tasks.
• Able to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
