Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a Display Designer to design, build, and maintain store product displays at our Kentucky locations. The role is available as both full-time and part-time, with base pay starting at $15.24 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

The candidate will design and build displays according to department plans, coordinate with inventory to manage materials, and develop monthly display calendars to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Demonstrated ability to abide by and exhibit proactive adherence to all safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, use of power tools and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Work with Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.
• Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.
