Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder to design, build and maintain in-store product displays, supporting the Department Manager in each department. The role requires creating 20–25 displays per week and complying with safety and company policies.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions. Base pay starts from $15.80 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. Prior wood-working, tile setting, and tool skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience or equivalent.
• Safety regulations adherence experience.
• Woodworking experience.
• Tile setting experience.
• Use of power tools.
• Use of measuring tools.
• Use of basic tools (hammer, nails, saw, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager.
• Ensure duties are performed safely and in line with company policies.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control Specialist on write-offs and inventory.
• Create a monthly calendar with display plans.
