Job summary

BD is a global medical technology company seeking a Director, Operations & End-to-End Value Stream Leader - Dispensing Platform to drive supply chain strategy and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams to optimize product value streams, improve delivery, and reduce cost while aligning with revenue and growth goals across the dispensing business.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in medical devices or life sciences.
Demonstrated expertise in program, project, or operations management.
Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred.
Ability to work autonomously with limited day-to-day oversight.
Willingness to travel up to two weeks per month.

Responsibilities

Accountability for ISC operating model in the platform and governance within ISC for the Dispensing VP GM.
Leads design and implementation of the product value stream to maximize customer value and business objectives.
Collaborates with BU Supply Chain, Platform, and regional leaders to define requirements and go-to-market strategy for a product line.
Establishes performance objectives, models demand, and designs end-to-end supply chain networks.
Decides on make/buy and technology choices and develops capacity planning.
Determines inventory strategy and replenishment models with leadership teams.
Drives sustainability and CO2 reduction per product line with global teams.
