Job summary

BD is seeking a Director, Operations & End-to-End Value Stream Leader for the Dispensing Platform. The role drives supply chain strategy, delivery, and cost, leading cross-functional teams to meet revenue and growth goals while resolving operational issues across global product lines.

You will partner with Global ISC Strategy, BU Supply Chain, and regional teams to align on demand, capacity, and manufacturing decisions, including sustainability and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns ISC operating model for the Dispensing platform and is accountable for escalation.
• Leads design and implementation of end-to-end value streams to maximize customer value.
• Collaborates with BU Supply Chain, Platform Business Team and regional leaders on go-to-market strategy for product lines.
• Drives capacity planning, make/buy decisions, and manufacturing automation considerations.
