Brockton Comprehensive Treatment Center is hiring a Dispensing Nurse (LPN/LVN/RN) for our outpatient MAT program in Brockton, MA. The role focuses on medication administration, patient assessment, and collaboration with the clinical team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN/RN).
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health or outpatient care.
• Experience in outpatient programs is preferred.
• Able to operate and maintain medical equipment safely.
• Skilled at drawing blood and specimens for testing.
• Proficient with EMR and clinical software.
• Able to assess patients and document conditions accurately.
• Administer medications per physician and clinic protocols.
• Observe and document patient responses and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Work under supervision while maintaining professional standards of care.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered, accurately and promptly.
• Document medication administration and nursing care in patient records.
• Safekeep and inventory all medication stock per regulations.
• Maintain accounting of all medication received and dispensed.
• Dedicate ~90% of time to medication administration activities.
• Process urine and/or blood samples, read results and assess outcomes.
• Document procedures accurately and in line with standards.
• May transport medications or work on a mobile unit as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
