Lynn Comprehensive Treatment Center in Lynn, MA is hiring a Part-Time LPN Dispensing Nurse for our outpatient MAT program. The role focuses on medication administration within a dispensary, with oversight by clinic leadership.

You will perform assessments, monitor vitals, document care, and support a recovery-focused environment. The position offers early morning shifts, paid training, and opportunities to contribute to MAT care in a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health or outpatient treatment.
• Ability to operate and maintain medical equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of Nursing Supervisor, Medical Director, and Clinic Director while maintaining professional standards.
• Prepare and administer medication accurately and timely as ordered.
• Document medication administration and nursing care in patient records promptly and accurately.
• Ensure safekeeping and accurate inventory of all medication stock and records per regulatory agencies.
• Maintain precise accounting of all medication received and dispensed.
• Dedicate approximately 90% of work hours to medication administration activities; other duties as needed.
• Conduct and process urine and/or blood samples, read test results, complete intake assessments, and monitor outcomes.
• Complete all documentation for these procedures in compliance with clinic standards.
• May transport medication to other locations or work on a CTC Mobile Unit as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
