Springfield Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Springfield, MA is hiring a full-time LPN/LVN for our outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP). You will assess patients, dispense medications, monitor vitals, educate patients, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe, effective care.

The role emphasizes medication administration, accurate documentation, and adherence to DEA/FDA guidelines, with opportunities for growth in a mission-driven recovery environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment, or addiction recovery.
• Training or experience in outpatient treatment programs preferred.
• Ability to operate, monitor, and maintain medical equipment safely.
• Skilled in drawing blood and collecting specimens for testing.
• Proficient in EMR systems and clinical software.

Responsabilités

• Work under supervision of Nursing Supervisor, Medical Director, and Clinic Director.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by Medical Director or Program Physician.
• Document medication administration and nursing care promptly and accurately.
• Ensure safekeeping and accurate inventory of all medication stock per DEA/FDA rules.
• Maintain accurate accounting of medication received and dispensed.
• Dedicate ~90% of work hours to medication administration; remaining duties as needed.
