Health Care Resource Centers seeks a detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse to dispense prescribed medications as part of a treatment team. The role supports physicians and supervisors and manages dispensing equipment and inventory.

The ideal candidate Cooperates with staff in substance use disorder treatment, maintains a non-judgmental attitude, and complies with program and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the State of New Hampshire.
• Current CPR certification required.
• EMR & computer proficiency desired.
• Experience in chemical dependency preferred, self-motivated and directed, positive attitude toward individuals in substance abuse treatment.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Administer daily medication to patients as per program policy and medical protocols.
• Use automated dispensing systems, calibrate pumps and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Produce and maintain records as required by company policy and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards for distribution and storage of controlled substances.
