MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician for the NY / New England area to assemble, install, calibrate, and service dispenser equipment used with concrete admixtures. You will support customers, maintain logs, and coordinate with sales reps for timely service.

The role includes travel within the region, primarily in NY and New England, with a base salary in the mid-market range and a discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance and company results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade certification or 4+ years' experience in construction or dispenser equipment preferred.
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Dispenser assembly, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
• Provide customer support and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Maintain service logs and inventory; plan installation/service schedules.
• Travel within NY/NE region; coordinate with supervisor for scheduling.
