Job summary

Master Builders Solutions Admixtures US, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Technician in Raleigh, NC to install, maintain, and monitor dispenser equipment, ensuring safety and reliability across customer sites. The role requires hands-on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude with travel to various locations.

Minimum two years of relevant experience and certifications in forklift and access platforms are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aptitude required - experience with AC, DC, and pneumatically operated equipment preferred.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Being a brand ambassador for the Company.
• Certification in forklift, Manlift with articulating boom, scissor lift, and working at heights preferred. If not currently certified, can achieve certification when directed.
• Must be able to wear fall protection gear for 2 hours at a time.
• Customers to be served are located throughout the region, minimum of 30 percent of this role involves driving; occasionally, overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED or work experience equivalent.
• Physical abilities to include Routinely carry heavy loads (not to exceed 75lbs/34kgs) when installing equipment. Climb ladders and pull hoses, airlines, and electrical cable throughout customer’s plant. Able to drive extended periods of time and stay out of town until job is completed.
• Walking/standing: 40-80%
• Lifting (up to 70lbs/31kgs): 30%
• Work independently and with little supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to tow an 18ft open bed trailer that is properly loaded, strapped, and secured with our necessary tanks and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall service for installation, maintenance, operation and quality control of dispenser equipment within safety guidelines.
• Monitor dispenser equipment to ensure it operates as expected and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and identify causes of operating errors and seek resolutions.
