Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience required.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory/management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong leadership.
• Knowledge of state/local cannabis regulations and safety requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to customers.
• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains and train team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate items for restocking.
• Supervise Dispensary Associates and assist with onboarding and training.
• Ensure security measures, vault accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Lead shift tasks and ensure accurate cash handling and POS data entry.
