Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Toledo, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the team and lead with service, pace, and energy. You will oversee deliveries, input inventory data, restock floors, and ensure FIFO ordering while mentoring staff and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment.

This role also supports patient care through informed product guidance and teamwork, with weekend availability and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Base pay is complemented by tips.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong math, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and train teammates on key details.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists with product recommendations.
• Receive deliveries, map in MJ Freeway, and report discrepancies.
• Open and close store, including cash handling and shift duties.
