Sunrise is seeking a motivated Assistant General Manager to support daily operations at our Missouri dispensary, partnering with the General Manager to drive compliant, customer-focused performance. The ideal candidate leads by example in a fast-paced retail environment, develops people, manages inventory and schedules, and fosters a positive, results-driven culture in line with Sunrise values.

Qualifications

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a retail, hospitality, or similarly customer-focused environment.
Experience supporting store operations, employee performance, scheduling, inventory, and sales initiatives.
Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to motivate employees, provide constructive feedback, and lead by example.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure a safe, efficient, compliant, and customer-focused environment.
Assist with inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, labor management, and store security.
Ensure adherence to company policies and Missouri cannabis regulations.
Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and strong communication.
Support onboarding, training, development, and performance management in collaboration with the GM.
