Proper Brands seeks an Assistant General Manager for our Crestwood, Missouri store. The role supports the General Manager in overseeing daily dispensary operations, driving profitability, and ensuring compliance with state and local rules.

You will lead the Proper Care Specialists and uphold the company mission while delivering outstanding patient service. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with the potential to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and retail experience is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and clear MV report.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Develop and manage a team of Proper Care Specialists.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations and company policies.
• Maintain knowledge of vendors, products, strains, and industry trends.
• Handle patient needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
