Job summary

Electric Lettuce in Eugene is seeking an experienced Dispensary Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and mentor a high-performing team. You will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold OLCC regulations while managing staffing and store standards.

You’ll coach employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies to deliver a positive customer experience and strong store results.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management is required.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop employees.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and drive overall store performance.
• Hire, train, develop, and coach a strong team with clear expectations.
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure OLCC compliance and company policies are followed.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling based on business needs.
