Job summary

Electric Lettuce in Eugene is seeking an experienced Dispensary Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and mentor a high-performing team. You will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold OLCC regulations while managing staffing and store standards.

You’ll coach employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies to deliver a positive customer experience and strong store results.

Electric Lettuce, voted Best Dispensary 2026, is looking for an experienced Dispensary Manager who is passionate about the cannabis industry and ready to lead a team, drive store performance, and create a great experience for both customers and employees.

Who We Are

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day store operations and take ownership of overall store performance
• Hire, train, develop, and coach a strong team while setting clear expectations and holding employees accountable
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve store performance and the customer experience
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach employees on customer service, product knowledge, sales, and store expectations
• Oversee inventory accuracy, cash handling, merchandising, opening and closing procedures, and other operational needs
• Ensure the store and team remain compliant with OLCC regulations and company policies and procedures
• Maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling based on the needs of the business
• Keep the store organized, stocked, and ready for business while addressing issues as they arise

What You Bring

• Previous retail management experience required; cannabis experience is a plus
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of store results
• A customer-focused mindset with an understanding of sales and retail operations
• Must be 21 years of age or older and hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel throughout the workday and push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
