iAnthus Capital Management seeks a Dispensary Lead in Tequesta, FL to oversee daily dispensary operations and deliver exceptional patient and customer service. You will lead team interactions, manage orders and inventory, and ensure compliance with relevant policies while maintaining a welcoming, efficient experience for medical cannabis patients and adult-use customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 21+ years old.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ year experience in hospitality and/or high-volume retail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Excel, POS, and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of local/state cannabis regulations is a plus.
• Ganjier certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment of 'Patients First' with excellent patient interaction.
• Respond to patients with care and compassion.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Multi-task and resolve problems quickly.
• Create and execute patient orders based on physician recommendations.
• Remain current with company policies and procedures.
• Open or close the dispensary (key holder).
• Balance cash and product inventory during daily closing.
• Observe and participate in patient services during consultation and sale.
• Ensure accountability of all team members; perform other duties as assigned.
