Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality service or high-volume retail.
• 1–3 years in retail environment managing a team.
• Knowledge of local and state medical marijuana laws a plus.
• Experience with Excel, POS and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Open or close dispensary as key holder.
• Balance cash and inventory during daily closing.
• Observe patient services during consultations and sales.
• Maintain updated communication binder for team members.
• Audit patient intake forms for accuracy and completion.
• Coordinate patient home delivery with Delivery Manager.
• Participate in weekly and quarterly management meetings.
