Job summary

Solar Cannabis Co. is seeking a Dispensary Inventory Supervisor to manage daily product stock on the sales floor and enforce company policies across the dispensary team.

You will implement inventory tracking systems, ensure compliance with safety policies, and coordinate product movement with management and finished goods. Cannabis experience and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail.
• Organizational and time management skills required.
• Associate’s degree in Business or related experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Inventory experience required.
• Cannabis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily stock of product on sales floor
• Execute and follow up on operational standards, policies and procedures
• Update SOPs as changes to policy and/or regulations occur and ensure compliance among team
• Implement inventory tracking systems designated by management
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within retail stores.
• Maintain and track levels of all supplies within the dispensary
• Research and correct any product variances within the inventory tracking system
• Inform Management of upcoming inventory needs
• Work closely with Dispensary management team and the Finished Goods department to coordinate product movement
• Build knowledge of METRC, Dutchie, and other inventory systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:

• Reports directly to Dispensary Manager
• Oversees Dispensary Inventory Specialists

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must pass all required background checks
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies
• Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)
• This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time
