Job summary

Solar-Cannabis-Co. is seeking a Dispensary Inventory Specialist in Massachusetts to manage daily stock on the sales floor and implement inventory tracking systems as directed by management.

You will analyze suppliers for non-cannabis products to secure cost-effective deals and maintain knowledge of METRC, Dutchie, and related inventory systems while ensuring a clean, organized work environment. Some nights, holidays, and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business or related experience preferred.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail.
• Organizational and time management skills required.

AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION: Report directly to Dispensary Inventory Supervisor, with additional oversight by the Dispensary Manager

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain daily stock of product on sales floor
• Implement inventory tracking systems designated by management
• Maintain and track levels of all supplies within the dispensary
• Analyze various suppliers for non-cannabis product to ensure the company is receiving cost-effective deals
• Research and correct any product variances within the inventory tracking system
• Build knowledge of METRC, Dutchie, and other inventory systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree in Business or related experience preferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Must pass all required background checks
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies
• Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)
• This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time
