Job summary

C3 Industries is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at our Wilder, KY location. You will help drive sales, supervise staff, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering a best-in-class retail experience.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies, manage inventory, handle cash controls, and develop the team through training and coaching.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others.
• Experience with POS and inventory management systems.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract and retain repeat customers.
• Assist with all aspects of store performance focusing on sales growth, operations, and profitability.
• Lead by example in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service on the floor and at the register.
• Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through reports and data analysis.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate discrepancies.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute ideas for development and improvements.
• Maintain visual standards, signage, lighting, and general store upkeep.
• Help develop the store schedule to ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
