Job summary

Good-Day-Farm in Missouri is seeking a General Manager to lead the dispensary’s operations. The role focuses on driving sales, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

The GM will manage staff, inventories, METRC, and cash handling while delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring operational excellence across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a leadership role in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis related industries.
• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service related work.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to clear a background check.
• Must have flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Lead staff training, development, scheduling, reviews, and payroll responsibilities.
• Drive revenue growth, manage promotions, and monitor KPIs (ADS, UPT, Sell Through, payroll, expenses).
• Oversee inventory processes, reconciliations, and METRC/POS systems.
• Maintain excellent customer experience and community engagement.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and cross-functional partners (HR, Ops, IT, Facilities).
