Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold a team accountable.
• Strong organization, time-management, and adherence to procedures.
• Experience with inventory control and cash handling; familiarity with cannabis regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the dispensary team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Create and manage staff schedules based on business needs.
• Oversee employee performance, accountability, and day-to-day operations.
