Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee customer journey, inventory operations, safety and compliance, and team development, acting as a steward of Green Thumb’s mission and values.

You will coach Leaders and Team Members, ensure LOD coverage, and drive a seamless omni‑channel experience across in‑store, curbside, and delivery while pursuing loyalty goals and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, specifically with POS business operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.
• Must be willing to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must comply with all cannabis laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations in compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols with daily reconciliation.
• Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews for process improvements.
