Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Bloomington, IL seeks a Dispensary General Manager to oversee daily retail operations, staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, cash handling and compliance with state regulations.

You will lead a team to deliver outstanding patient experiences, develop staff through coaching and performance reviews, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with regional leadership to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable handling high-volume cash and fractions/decimals accurately.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example as the ultimate illustration of service, pace, and energy.
• Support mission and culture of positivity while upholding company standards.
• Mentor and motivate staff through training and performance reviews.
• Train store staff, deliver sessions, and build bench depth for company initiatives.
• Follow policies and execute programs for customer service, staff, inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
• Identify process improvements to support company growth.
• Maintain thoughtful store scheduling to drive revenue and control costs.
• Perform daily inventory audits and track category sales with accuracy.
• Oversee end-of-month inventory reconciliations and report discrepancies in real-time.
• Develop vendor relationships and maintain inventory levels.
• Guide patients and employees on cannabis recommendations including dosing and administration.
• Handle concerns diplomatically and liaise with Regional Dispensary Manager and teams.
• Maintain understanding of cannabis forms, effects, dosing, and quality metrics.
• Present a professional image in appearance, actions, and words.
• Abide by city and state regulations at all times.
• Receive deliveries, build purchase orders, and maintain records.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by Dispensary Regional Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Create engaging displays to attract customers and support sales.
• Troubleshoot MJ Freeway, coupons, and patient issues.
• Evaluate competition and gather insights on style, quality, and prices.
• Support employee initiatives and team building.
• Support events and specials outside of normal hours.
• Report issues related to product to management in real-time.
• Collaborate to run a compliant store aligned with BEYOND / HELLO’s mission and values.
