Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate for a full-time role in a retail setting. You will guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate them on products, and facilitate purchases in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; experience in the field or a similar field.
• Must be 21+ years (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and discretion.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects with accurate information.
• Process patient orders promptly and accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Follow company policies and procedures; assist leaders as needed.
• Keep a clean, well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
