Queen City Cannabis is seeking a Dispensary Associate to deliver exceptional patient service and educate customers on medical marijuana products. You will ensure accurate sales, assist with orders, and maintain a compliant, secure environment in a regulated dispensary setting.
The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a background check. You will work under supervision to support daily operations and promote a professional patient experience.
Earn up to $1.00 in merit-based raises during your first year with performance evaluations at 6 and 12 months.
Summary of the Role: The Dispensary Associate is responsible for providing exceptional patient customer service, educating customers on medical marijuana products, and ensuring accurate and compliant sales transactions. This role supports daily dispensary operations while maintaining a clean, secure environment. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, the associate plays a key role in delivering a professional, efficient, and regulation-compliant dispensary experience.
The Dispensary Associate is cross-trained across all core operational functions, including Patient Intake, Patient Advisor responsibilities, Fulfillment, Patient Services, Sales Floor operations, and Surveillance, in order to support efficient and compliant dispensary operations.
