CBSL Transportation Services, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher/Trucking Supervisor to coordinate daily trucking operations, supervise dispatch tasks, and lead a team to keep drivers on schedule and customers satisfied. You will act as a key link between drivers, customers, dispatch staff and management.

The role emphasizes hands-on dispatching, problem-solving, safety compliance with DOT regulations, and a focus on accountability, efficiency, and excellent service across operations and routes.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of transportation, trucking or dispatch experience.
• Experience coordinating drivers, routes, equipment, and customer deliveries.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA requirements and hours of service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily trucking operations, driver assignments, routes and schedules.
• Monitor deliveries, manage changing priorities, and resolve scheduling or dispatch issues.
• Supervise and support drivers and dispatch personnel while promoting accountability and teamwork.

• Role Summary: The Dispatcher / Trucking Supervisor coordinates daily trucking operations, supervises dispatch activities, assigns drivers and equipment, and helps ensure the safe, efficient, and timely movement of customer shipments. The position serves as a key communication link between drivers, customers, dispatch personnel, and management. Responsibilities include hands‑on dispatching, front‑line supervision, operational problem‑solving, driver accountability, and compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and applicable safety requirements

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate daily trucking operations, driver assignments, routes and schedules.

• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Familiar with DOT/FMCSA requirements and hours of service regulations
• Experience in bulk transportation, tank transportation and ISO tank operations
