Smart Care Solutions is seeking a Dispatcher to efficiently route Service Technicians for commercial kitchen equipment service calls. This role ensures maximum efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction while supporting a team of technicians within a specific geographic market.
Key Responsibilities:Assign and dispatch technicians to service calls, optimizing efficiency and meeting customer expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for technicians within an assigned territory.
Maximize productivity and profitability through strategic call clustering and routing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in dispatch, customer service, or restaurant management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
