Job description

About the Role:

Our Compliance Services team is seeking an experienced and motivated Analyst to facilitate daily management of client coverage and deliverables. The individual will be responsible for managing client inquiries and support related to the outsourcing platform. The role offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers and trustees/custodians. It involves partnering with other S&P business lines to drive a client-focused agenda and satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Impact:
  1. Generate and manage daily deliverables to clients, primarily capital management firms.
  2. Perform routine reconciliation of key data points with trustees and research variances.
  3. Review compliance test results on monthly trustee reports and research variances.
  4. Monitor cash collection, payment, and reserve accounts to ensure proper processing.
  5. Manage inquiries regarding collateral attributes and transactions, facilitating workflow and resolution.
  6. Collaborate with WSO Compliance programmers on model updates and test calculations.
  7. Complete assigned special projects.
Compensation/Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range is $48,200 to $65,000, depending on location, experience, skills, and certifications. The role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional benefits. More details are available here.

Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Client service experience
  • 1-2 years in financial services

  • Microsoft Excel experience
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in high-yield or leveraged loans
  • Experience with Wall Street Office Suite (preferred)
  • CLO experience
