You'll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, subcontractors, and the administrative team, supporting 15+ technicians across Florida. Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, or construction administration is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Reliable transportation.

Your Impact

As our Dispatcher / Service Coordinator, you'll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, subcontractors, and administrative team. You'll support a team of 15+ technicians throughout Florida, ensuring service requests are scheduled efficiently, customers stay informed, and jobs move smoothly from start to finish.

This is primarily a in-office position in Bradenton, with occasional visits to job sites as needed.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being the go-to person, can think on their feet, and takes pride in keeping multiple moving parts organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls and projects
