Valentis Group Inc. is currently hiring a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Dispatcher to join our Security team in Pittsburgh, PA.

This schedule will consist of a mix of daylight and overnight shifts to include 11 am – 7 pm and 7 pm – 3 am.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and dispatching security personnel to various locations, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their property.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras and alarms
• Dispatch security personnel to various locations
• Communicate with clients and security personnel via phone and radio
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
• Handle administrative tasks as required and support the Valentis Group needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience as a security dispatcher preferred
• Ability to work under pressure
• The ability to communicate information effectively
• Technology-computers and computer systems (including hardware and software, enter data, or process information)
