We’re searching for a Dispatcher based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is embedded within vehicle operations and collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize fleet efficiency. It requires strong coordination with stakeholders across operations, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate is highly organized, mission-driven, and an excellent communicator, with a deep understanding of risk analysis and management.

This is a night shift position.

In this role, you will:

1. Support the operations team during daily dispatch management, including mission prioritization, assignment, leading meetings, and stakeholder communication.
2. Ensure compliance with global process standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Respond to and handle emergency situations with composure, supporting operations.
4. Motivate and lead a team, fostering a positive and goal-oriented culture.
5. Initiate and complete side projects based on operational needs.
6. Promote a safety-first approach within the team.
7. Understand how Aurora's self-driving technology functions and stay updated on daily changes.
8. Lead process improvements to meet both quantitative and qualitative goals.
9. Drive efficiency and refine processes to maximize efforts.
10. Communicate clearly and regularly with leadership and stakeholders.
11. Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared success.
