Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Two years of prior experience as a dispatcher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign loads to drivers based on routes and driver location.
• Monitor route times and gaps to optimize schedules.
• Minimize overtime by balancing hours among drivers.
• Ensure DOT logs are current before dispatching drivers.
• Collect and review daily inspections.
• Create work orders and enter data into tracking systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
