• Ensure accurate recordkeeping of orders, routes, and delivery documentation.
• Resolve route challenges by rerouting or reallocating drivers as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly, or customer-specific reporting.
• Maintain a professional, positive customer service experience in all communications.
• The weekly schedule is Saturday and Sunday evenings with remote options after training.
