Job summary

Day & Ross is seeking a results‑driven dispatcher in Shelby Township, MI. This role encompasses dispatching units to pickup and deliver freight, monitoring driver performance, and ensuring customer timelines are met.

You’ll coordinate deliveries, enter line haul orders, assign appointments, manifest shipments, and support drivers and customers by phone. The position requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years in dispatch or dock supervision, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
